Destroying the Stench of Deception:
An Interactive Journey for Hurting Families
A Small Prayer of Thanks to a Big Awesome God
Solution Step
As God answers prayer, be sure to thank Him:
God, I come to You in awe! You are able to do exceedingly abundantly far beyond anything I could ever ask You or dare to dream! (Ephesians 3:20) I have asked You for a lot of seemingly impossible things. I know how bad things were with my family; but I now have the experiential knowledge of how nothing – absolutely nothing – is too impossible for You! (Luke 1:37) I am amazed at how You can take something so dead and breath life into it once again! (Ezekiel 37:1-10) I do not have adequate words to thank You for what You have done and are doing in and for my family. May the way in which we live our lives for Your glory (1 Corinthians 10:31) be one way in which we thank You. Also, may our lips continually praise You. (Psalm 63:3) You are so awesomely great and worthy to be praised; no one can measure Your greatness! (Psalm 145:3) I thank You so very, very much for what You have done! (Psalm 118:1) As for me and my house, may we serve You, Lord, (Joshua 24:15)...all the days of our now fragrant lives (Psalm 23:6)...and may we tell future generations of all Your works (Psalm 145:4)...so that they may also live fragrant lives (2 Corinthians 2:15)...for Your glory...for all eternity! (John 17:3) In the mighty and awesome name of Jesus, Amen!
